This page aims to set out the principles of donor and sales activity,
there will no doubt be many alterations and additions as the site is
developed we hope always to endeavor to keep the operation of the site
as simple as possible however only time will tell.
Principles of Sales and
Donations -----

It
is intended that items offered for sale through the galleries on
this site will generate sales income all of which a will be donated
to local worthy causes. Feel free to nominate the cause which
you would like to benefit from your talents when and if you submit
your input. All donated income will be sent direct to the
worthy cause recipients as per the instructions received with your
submission. No sales items will be dispatched until confirmation of
receipt of payment had been received by artefarte.co.uk.

Individuals may elect to have all payments made direct to themselves
- in which case they will remain responsible for the collection of
payments, dispatch and postage of any sold items and distribution of
donations to a local worthy cause. All artefarte.co.uk would
ask is that the worthy cause selected be requested to inform the
site when they have the donation so that we can include any such
amounts in our
periodic reporting in due course.

Should you wish artefarte.co.uk to undertake the transaction for you this
would be acceptable providing you submit all the relevant details
with your submission to the site. You will be responsible for the
dispatch and posting of any sold items once confirmation, receipt of
payment is notified to and onward by artefarte.co.uk. All payments to
artefarte.co.uk will be
requested via Pay Pal however cheque payments (dispatch will only be
made once the cheque has cleared) will be accepted and then
processed through the site Pay Pal account so that a complete
history will be available for inspection if necessary.

Once the purchaser confirms receipt of the goods to artefarte.co.uk
then the net cost of the postage nominated in the original input will
sent to the donor. At the same time the remainder of the income will
be sent as per the instructions received to the worthy cause
nominated.

No doubt this page will require additional update as the site
evolves I have initially tried to keep it as simple as possible and
will try to keep it that way however this may change in the course
